Sarah has a BA Honours in Education and has previously worked within local schools as a 1:1 support, Teaching Assistant and a HLTA. She has worked within recruitment for the past year and is enjoying being a recruitment consultant supporting schools in finding the right staff.
Adam has been at Teaching Support for 2 years and is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. He took the change of career after returning from travelling and takes great pride in his work and his ability to build long standing, successful relationships with both schools and candidates. Adam chose the education sector due to his wife currently being the Assistant Headteacher of a large primary school, this gives him a lot of knowledge and experience on how schools work and what they look for when using a specialist consultancy.
Abby has worked in Education Recruitment for the last 3 years, she initially started as a SEN Recruitment Consultant and then moved to Compliance. Abby has a BA Honours in Primary Education with QTS and has also worked as a behaviour TA in a local SEN school which she absolutely loved!
Amber has an excellent knowledge of the education sector having previously worked as a cover supervisor in a local secondary school. She understands the importance of carefully considering the needs of every position and takes pride in matching the perfect candidate for every role. She also has a BA Hons degree in dance and still enjoys to teach dance in her spare time.
April is a senior level recruitment consultant having worked in the education sector for just under four years.
