Having worked in the education sector for just under four years. April has experience of working with primary and SEN schools and is passionate about finding candidates and schools the right match every time. She prides herself on her ability to understand a schools needs and respond with accuracy and efficiency.
Sarah has a BA Honours in Education and has previously worked within local schools as a 1:1 support, Teaching Assistant and a HLTA. She has worked within recruitment for the past year and is enjoying being a recruitment consultant supporting schools in finding the right staff.
Abby has worked in Education Recruitment for the last 3 years, she initially started as a SEN Recruitment Consultant and then moved to Compliance. Abby has a BA Honours in Primary Education with QTS and has also worked as a behaviour TA in a local SEN school which she absolutely loved!
Adam has been at Teaching Support for 2 years and is the Team Leader of our South East London Branch. He takes great pride in his work and his ability to build long standing, successful relationships with both schools and candidates. Adam’s wife is also the Assistant Headteacher of a large primary school, something he is able to use to his advantage, providing him with an insight into how schools work and what they look for when using a specialist consultancy.
Lee has been with Teaching Support for 6 months and was drawn to the education sector due to his wife being an Ofsted registered homebased childminder and having two small children of his own. With a particular interest in the SEN side of things, Lee carefully considers the needs of every position and takes pride in matching the perfect candidate for every role.
Clive has recently joined the Teaching Support team from a Mental Health Advocacy background. He is a fully trained Psychotherapist along with having over 10 years’ experience in building successful relationships with clients. From this, he knows the importance of effectively working with the client to be able to create a successful outcome. Joining Teaching Support was the obvious choice in order for him to combine his skills and experience to make a difference.
